1. WHICH AREAS DOES THE TAKE MI HOME SERVICE COVER?
For the moment from the website it is possible to book for the cities of Milan, Rome, Monza Brianza, Bergamo Brescia and Ibiza. However, through the Concierge, TAKE MI HOME is able to customize the offer and, in some cases and after verification, also serve other areas in the region of Lombardy and Lazio (an increase of price of +20% or more could be applied for other areas in the region). 

2. ARE THE PRICES ALL THE SAME?
No, TAKE MI HOME collaborates with professionals established on the market and maintains the price lists defined by the professionals themselves. Each professional has its own price list.

3. IF THE RESERVATION REQUIRES A MASSAGE BED, IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE IT AT HOME?
If the customer does not have a massage bed at home, the professional will bring one.

4. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, within the 24 hours prior to the treatment it is possible to cancel or modify the appointment. After the 24 hours, the treatment will still be charged to the customer and it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel the appointment.

Users are informed that if the service is booked within 24 hours prior to the provision of the service, immediate payment will be requested and it will not be possible to cancel and / or modify the booking.

5. HOW DOES TAKE MI HOME MENAGE THE DELAYS?
TAKE MI HOME professionals are moving all around the city and every day. For this reason, customers’ punctuality is necessary and very much appreciated. TAKE MI HOME admits a maximum delay of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of delay, the professional is allowed to cancel the appointment, that will still be charged to the customer. Similarly, in the event of a delay of the professional of more than 15 minutes, if the client no longer wishes to receive the treatment, the client has the possibility of moving the appointment to another date or receiving a refund.

6. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Cash payments are not accepted. If the booking is made through the website, the payment will be completed directly on the website via PayPal or credit card. If the booking is made through the Concierge, the payment can be completed via bank transfer or the Concierge will provide a link at which it is possible to pay via PayPal or credit card.

7.  HOW FAR IN ADVANCE IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK THE SERVICE?
On the website it is possible to book one day before the day of the treatment, through the Concierge it is also possible to book for the same day. In both cases, according to the availability of the professionals.

8. IS THE COSTUMERE REQUESTED TO PREPARE ANYTHING SPECIAL FOR THE TREATMENT?
Generally speaking, the customer is not requested to prepare anything for the treatment. The professional brings everything he/she needs for the treatment to customer's home.  If the customer books a blow dry or hair cut, he/she is kindly requested to wash his/her hair before the arrival of the professional. If the customer books a pedicure, the customer might need to provide a basin.

9. HYGIENE AND PRECAUTIONS ANTI COVID-19   
TAKE MI HOME scrupulously applies all the hygiene and safety protocols defined by Italian regulations:

i. TAKE MI HOME professionals wear all personal protective equipment required by current regulations

  • mask
  • disposable gloves - when these do not prevent the correct provision of the service. If gloves cannot be used, TAKE MI HOME professionals often sanitize their hands
  • visor - when the distance with the customer is close, or when specifically requested by the customer

ii. Surfaces and work tools are always disinfected and sterilized before and after each treatment

iii. Customers are required to wear the mask during the entire duration of the treatment if this does not prevent the correct provision of the service

iv. The pictures on the company’s communication channels (website / social media) are artistic representations of treatments performed during photo shoots. All the participants to the photo shoots are subjected to preventive COVID tests

10. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PEDICURE AND PEDICURE PLUS
Pedicure: nails filing, cuticles pushing, massage with cream. Plus: nails filing, cuticles pushing, heel and imperfections cleaning, massage with cream.

11. If the normal/semi-permanent/gel/acrylic nail polish, applied by TAKE MI HOME professionals gets damaged after a short or long time, in which cases the TAKE MI HOME professionals are required to return to the customer's home to repair the damage for free? Never. Once the service has been completed and the application of any type of nail polish has been completed, the customer can raise doubts or perplexities in that same occasion. Once the professional leaves the client's home, the nail polish/semi-permanent/gel/acrylic application service is considere seen and liked. Under no circumstances will the professional return to repair a damage to the nail polish for free.

12. Tip
If you wish to leave a tip to the professionals, it is possible. You can pay it directly to the professional.
